This year, even more neighborhoods are taking part in the U? program. Aside from the city center, Lombok, 2e Daalsebuurt, Werkspoorkwartier, Transwijk and Cartesius, U? will expand to Overvecht and Wittevrouwen. The programs are made with, or even entirely by, Utrecht residents, local initiatives, entrepreneurs, social institutions and neighborhood centers. Residents and local initiatives were invited to participate by means of an open call, which resulted in a large amount of diverse and exciting submissions.

U? is Le Guess Who’s participatory and freely accessible day program, made for–and with–the city of Utrecht. With U?, Le Guess Who? extends its mission to enrich people through music and culture even further to the city.
From 10 to 13 November 2022, U? returns for its second edition. The program is made with, or even entirely by, Utrecht residents, local initiatives, entrepreneurs, social institutions and neighborhood centers. Residents and local initiatives were invited to participate by means of an open call, which resulted in a large amount of diverse and exciting submissions.

In the first part of episode 2, called 'What's Behind The Mask?', we spoke to four musicians about how identity and persona play a role in their work, whether through legit alter-ego’s or just digging into the self as a raw material.
