Volunteers
Every year Le Guess Who? works with around 150 volunteers and subcoordinators to make the festival possible.
Remuneration policy
Everyone that works for Le Guess Who? is remunerated in accordance with the guidelines of the collective labor agreement for Dutch Pop venues and Festivals (CAO Nederlandse Poppodia- en Festivals). This also includes freelancers according to the freelance allowance that is included in the labor agreement. The Supervisory Board is remunerated as of 2026.
