Le Guess Who? 2024 is approaching, and we're looking forward to welcome you to Utrecht for our 17th festival edition.
We can't wait to share an amazing wealth of sounds with you again, but first, there are some important details we'd like to share with you. Please take a moment to review the following information before your visit to the festival.
Download your ticket
To receive your ticket, you'll need to personalize it by following the link provided in the email from Yourticketprovider.
If you've bought a ticket from someone else, and your ticket therefore has a different name on it, this is no problem - we won't check this info upon arrival at the festival.
If you've bought a ticket via CJP or U-pas: please note that you can enter the festival only upon presentation of a valid CJP-pas or Upas and ID along with your ticket.
Ticketing Area & wristband pick-up
Upon arrival at the festival, you will need to exchange your 4-Day Pass or Day Ticket for a festival wristband at TivoliVredenburg (entrance on the side of the Vredenburg square).
With a Venue Ticket for WAS., BASIS or KABUL à GoGo you can go directly to the venue; you don't need to go to TivoliVredenburg first.
Please note: you can only exchange your ticket for a festival wristband at our Ticketing Area in TivoliVredenburg (entrance on the side of the Vredenburg square). You must collect your individual wristband in person, as it needs to be worn immediately. You don't have to print your ticket, we can scan it from any mobile device.

Social Safety
Our Code of Conduct and House Rules can be found here, and apply for everyone related to the festival: our team, artists, partners, and our audience.
A Social Safety Team & Hub will be located in TivoliVredenburg (first floor above the stairs). They are there to welcome you when you feel unwell or have experienced any form of harassment or discrimination.
Accessibility
Le Guess Who? aims to present a festival that is accessible to everyone, but unfortunately not all festival venues are equally accessible. Do you require more information about the accessibility of the festival and its venues? Please have a look at our accessibility page.
Other important info
Please keep in mind that all venues have limited capacity, so ensure you arrive on time to secure your entry.
Some performances may be loud. Please provide your own earplugs or get them at venues like TivoliVredenburg, De Helling, or EKKO.
If you have any further questions, we encourage you to read our FAQ page.
See you soon!
