From 5-8 November, the 20th Anniversary Edition of Le Guess Who? will be in full swing throughout the city of Utrecht, uniting artists and listeners from all over the world.
We're excited to welcome you back to Utrecht. Here is some important info we'd like to share with you before your visit to the festival.
Ticketing & wristband pick-up
Le Guess Who? has activated Ticketlock to ensure safer and more honest ticketing and reselling conditions. This means you can only download your ticket(s) 48 hours prior to the festival. To download your ticket, you'll need to personalize it by following the link provided in the email from CM.com.
If you haven't received a confirmation email and/or cannot download your ticket(s), then you can request your ticket(s) via: www.ticketopvragen.nl or contact the support team of CM.com via ticketsupport@cmtickets.com.
Upon arrival at the festival, you will need to exchange your 4-Day Pass or Day Pass for a festival wristband at our Ticketing Area in TivoliVredenburg (entrance on the side of the Vredenburg square). You must collect your individual wristband in person, as it needs to be worn immediately. You don't have to print your ticket, we can scan it from any mobile device.
If you've bought a ticket as a CJP or U-pas member: please note that you can enter the festival only upon presentation of a valid CJP pass or U-pas and ID along with your ticket.
With a Venue Ticket for Sounds of Cabo Verde at De Helling, 24 HOUR DUB at KABUL à GoGo, and Eris Drew & Octo Octa at WAS., you can go directly to the venue; you don't need to go to TivoliVredenburg to exchange your ticket for a wristband.

Timetable & Festival App
For sustainability reasons, we won’t hand out printed time schedules during the festival. You can consult the timetable on our website or in the festival app, which can be downloaded for free.
Social Safety
Our Code of Conduct and House Rules can be found here, and apply for everyone related to the festival: visitors, venues, artists, crew members, volunteers, security, photo/videographers and all other partners.
A Social Safety Team & Hub will be located in TivoliVredenburg (first floor above the stairs). They are there to welcome you when you feel unwell or have experienced any form of harassment or discrimination.
Accessibility
Le Guess Who? aims to present a festival that is accessible to everyone, but unfortunately not all festival venues are equally accessible. Do you require more information about the accessibility of the festival and its venues? Please have a look at our accessibility page.
There is a low-stimulus space in TivoliVredenburg where you can take a moment to rest. This is located in "The Pit" on the 8th floor. Take the stairs from Park 6 to the 8th floor and then go right.
Apartheid Free Zone
Le Guess Who? has joined Apartheid Free Zones (AFZ), an international campaign initiated by the BDS movement. We're working towards aligning with the BDS boycott guidelines regarding organizations and brands that help maintain systems of apartheid and oppression. While we’re not yet able to meet them across all our venue partners, we’re committed to making progress. If you wish to support this effort, you can consider the BDS boycott list when ordering drinks. Alternative brands and options will be available.
Other important info
Please keep in mind that all venues have limited capacity, so ensure you arrive on time to secure your entry.
Some performances may be loud. Please provide your own earplugs or get them at venues like TivoliVredenburg, De Helling, or EKKO.
If you have any further questions, we encourage you to read our FAQ page.
See you soon!
