Recently, we celebrated the 100th festival recording being included in our online recordings archive. Now, we are elated to share the concert film of Anglo-French avant-pop group and festival curators Stereolab live at Le Guess Who? 2023.
Hailed as one of the most influential and fiercely independent groups of the 90s, Stereolab's influence reaches far beyond that decade. For Le Guess Who? 2023, they curated an eclectic program, including ESG, James Holden, Bombino, Kali Malone feat. Lucy Railton and Stephen O'Malley, and Irreversible Entanglements, amongst many others. Stereolab themselves were one of closing acts of the festival. The concert film of their performance features the tracks Lo Boob Oscillator, Miss Modular, Mountain, and Delugeoisie.

The publication of this recording is part of Le Guess Who?’s ongoing expansion of the festival’s recordings archive, with 100+ recordings from past editions now freely available online.
This archive contains audio and/or video recordings of special collaborations and one-time performances such as Saul Williams & King Britt present Unanimous Goldmine, Indian ensemble the Rajasthan Express together with Shye Ben Tzur and Radiohead guitarist Jonny Greenwood, and AEAEA, the live premiere of a collaboration between Nicolas Jaar and Patrick Higgins, as well as performances by Selda Bağcan, clipping., Aldous Harding, Deerhunter, Art Ensemble of Chicago, The Microphones, Linton Kwesi Johnson, Lightning Bolt, Neneh Cherry, Arooj Aftab, and Beverly Glenn-Copeland.
