Le Guess Who? is a playground for discovery and exploration, and once again that's deeply reflected in our 2024 program.
After revealing the first 102 artists for the festival, we've now also published our official playlist, giving you the opportunity to get to know these forward-thinking creatives from all over the world.
A great way to start your music journey is through the guidance of some renowned selectors like Aba Shanti-I, King Jammy, RP Boo and Theo Parrish. Then, let the trailblazing guest curator of LGW24 take you through their programs, highlighting their inspirations, emerging acts and fellow like-minded artists.
Explore some of the Mexican and South American acts that have influenced Mabe Fratti's artistic development, such as the “father of Mexican experimental music” Germán Bringas and the quintessential ambassadors of Colombian folk music Los Gaiteros de San Jacinto; or some of the artists that Arooj Aftab has invited to Utrecht, such as surrealist blues poet aja monet, Egyptian singer, composer, and music producer Dina El Wedidi and acclaimed multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter and neo-soul movement igniter Meshell Ndegeocello.
Throughout, we're also very excited to introduce you to the work of Palestinian producer, rapper and DJ Al Nather & songwriter and rapper Shabjdeed; Bolivian artist of Quechuan origin Luzmila Carpio, who for over half a century has spread ancestral Andean knowledge and music all over the world; and Seni Reak Juarta Putra, from the Reak community, who invite the audience into a ritual trance ceremony from West Java.
