Le Guess Who? 2025 is approaching, with artists and listeners from all over the world gathered in Utrecht for our Celebration of Sound.
We're excited to welcome you back to Utrecht. Here is some important info we'd like to share with you before your visit to the festival.
Downloading your ticket & wristband pick-up
To download your ticket, you'll need to personalize it by following the link provided in the email from Yourticketprovider. Your ticket will be available to download 48 hours before the start of the festival.
Upon arrival at the festival, you will need to exchange your 4-Day Pass or Day Ticket for a festival wristband at our Ticketing Area in TivoliVredenburg (entrance on the side of the Vredenburg square). You must collect your individual wristband in person, as it needs to be worn immediately. You don't have to print your ticket, we can scan it from any mobile device.
If you have not received a confirmation email and/or cannot download your ticket(s), then you can request your ticket(s) via: www.ticketopvragen.nl or contact the support team of CM.com via ticketsupport@cmtickets.com.
With a Venue Ticket for De Helling (Batekoo x Los Angles) or WAS. (curated by gyrofield), you can go directly to the venue; you don't need to go to TivoliVredenburg first.
If you've bought a ticket via CJP or U-pas: please note that you can enter the festival only upon presentation of a valid CJP-pas or U-pas and ID along with your ticket.

Timetable & Le Guess Who? App
For sustainability reasons, we won’t hand out printed time schedules during the festival. You can consult the timetable on our website or in the Le Guess Who? App, which can be downloaded for free on Android / Google Play Store and iOS / App Store.
Social Safety
Our Code of Conduct and House Rules can be found here, and apply for everyone related to the festival: our team, artists, partners, and our audience.
A Social Safety Team & Hub will be located in TivoliVredenburg (first floor above the stairs). They are there to welcome you when you feel unwell or have experienced any form of harassment or discrimination.
Accessibility
Le Guess Who? aims to present a festival that is accessible to everyone, but unfortunately not all festival venues are equally accessible. Do you require more information about the accessibility of the festival and its venues? Please have a look at our accessibility page.
BDS boycott targets
As an organization, Le Guess Who? is working towards adhering to the boycott targets of the BDS movement. At the moment, this is not yet possible within all our venue partners during the festival.
If you want to help us strive towards this goal, please take into account the brands that are part of BDS’s boycott list when ordering drinks. Each location will have alternative brands or drinks available at their bars.
Other important info
Please keep in mind that all venues have limited capacity, so ensure you arrive on time to secure your entry.
Some performances may be loud. Please provide your own earplugs or get them at venues like TivoliVredenburg, De Helling, or EKKO.
If you have any further questions, we encourage you to read our FAQ page.
See you soon!
