Rotterdam-based post-punk outfit Library Card effortlessly distinguishes itself within the city's already rich guitar music scene. Library Card comprises Lot van Teylingen, Mitchell Quitz, Kat Kalkman, and Emre Karayalçin, who soon emerged together as likely candidates for the voice of the city: expressive, thoughtful and restless, yet oozing confidence.
