More than ever, the Le Guess Who? 2025 program creates a space where the margins become the center, where the overlooked are elevated and where traditions collide to reimagine themselves in the present. A place where music is not confined by genre, language or geography, but stands as an open invitation to listen deeply, feel fully and to truly connect.

Following the announcement of the guest curators and initial line-up for the festival, we now share the official LGW25 playlist for you to take a deep dive into.

Festival news

This year, the program is co-curated by musician, activist, improviser and community organizer Amirtha Kidambi, South African drummer and percussionist Asher Gamedze, Colombian DJ, producer and curator Edna Martinez, Hong Kong producer and rising star gyrofield, musician and visual artist Lonnie Holley, visionary contemporary artist Tianzhuo Chen, drummer-composer and multi-instrumentalist Valentina Magaletti and producer and musician Ziúr.

Along the way, you'll hear tracks of artists curated by LGW, such as Rizwan-Muazzam Qawwali, nephews of qawwali master Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, who will have a three-day residency at the festival; drone legends SUNN O))), Pakistani-American artist Ali Sethi's collaboration with Nicolás Jaar, musician, teacher, human rights advocate and environmental activist Kankawa Nagarra, who will make her European debut and Colombian artist Lido Pimienta, who will present her new album, inspired by European classical music and Gregorian chant.
