LGW19 program update: Stella Chiweshe to replace Love Supreme

Unfortunately Love Supreme had to cancel their performance at Le Guess Who? on Friday 8 November. The good news is: Zimbabwe's prolific performer Stella Chiweshe, The Queen of Mbira, will take their slot at the Jacobikerk. Chiweshe broke new ground by becoming the first artist to successfully combine the mbira with the marimba. In September 2018, Glitterbeat released "Kasahwa", a collection of her early African singles.
