Our COSMOS Embassy Touching Bass returns to Wuppertal, Germany, as they curate another night at Open Ground, one of Europe's best sounding rooms.

For the past decade, life partners Errol and Alex Rita and their extended crew have grown Touching Bass into one of London's defining musical movements. Curating spaces where emotional resonance and free-spirited dancefloor energy coexist, their nights move across the afro-diasporic sound continuum – as a reminder of its interconnected story.

Bringing his trademark soulful roots and dub sound back to Open Ground’s famed system, Errol will be joined by three exceptional selectors in their own right: Open Ground staple Josey Rebelle, NTS-resident and producer Shy One (whose album ‘Mali’ came out via Touching Bass earlier this year), and Cologne-based DJ and visual artist Viola Klein.

For Open Ground’s second floor, Annex, Wuppertal’s own Sequence crew welcome Rosa from Rotterdam. Expect a percussion-rich, bass-driven journey: ambient textures dissolving into deep dubstep, jungle and drum & bass, framed by hypnotic techno.
