LungA School, the alternative Icelandic art school that houses our COSMOS Embassy Seyðisfjörður Community Radio, is looking for participants to join the Winter/Spring Program in January 2027. Applications are open until 18 October 2026.
From LungA School:
LungA School is an artist-led institution exploring artistic practice as a way of thinking and being. We are a school that emphasizes the value and existence of those things that cannot be measured, and that insists on making them felt. We strive to broaden the way we see, listen, think and do. Every school is a new school, and all are welcome.
Inspired by 'The Composition of the Cell' by Lyn Hejinian, this new program is finding its language in its own environment. Tracking daily observations becomes an act of scientific and poetic precision.
Applications to join the 2027 Winter/Spring art program and more information about the school can be found through the website of LungA School. Applications close on 18 October.
