2026 COSMOS Embassy Tabanka Records was founded in 2019 by Mama Demba (River Ramos) and Henrique Silva. Originally a vinyl record shop, it quickly evolved into a platform for music production and promotion. Tabanka builds bridges between the past and present of African music, with a strong focus on Lusophone cultures, particularly the Cabo Verdean one.
For this mix entitled Cabo Verde Frequency, Tabanka compiled some of their all-time favourites from Cabo Verde, alongside a selection of their own contemporary compositions.

Buh Records is an independent record label from Lima, Peru, founded by curator and researcher Luis Alvarado. The label is internationally recognized for its recovery, preservation and dissemination of Peruvian and Latin American avant-garde and experimental music. This mixtape presents a selection of music by young Cuban artists from the independent scene. Their work spans shoegaze, ambient, electronic pop, folk and beyond.
The selection draws in part from the Buh Records compilation Transmisiones: Cuba (2026) and from Ruidos en el Sistema (2025), released by the Havana-based label Ultramar.
