Learning the basics of music theory and piano playing from an early age, Sign Libra developed a lasting curiosity for music. She creates songs with reverb-soaked vocals, layered melodies and rhythms, and carefully blended synth plugin presets. Through collaborations with other artists and the incorporation of acoustic instrumental sounds, she seeks to explore her interest in nature and its connection to human life.
A stalwart of the Estonian electronic music scene, Robert Nikolajev is known through multiple monikers and projects. Rather than being defined by genre, his music is characterized by its frenetic energy and a production approach rooted in hardware. Alongside a steady stream of releases, he has played a key role in shaping Estonia's club culture by creating club spaces, co-founding the net radio station IDA and bringing some of the best international talent to local audiences.
These two artists are performing together as part of Baltic Rehearsals, a residency project that supports the creation of new music from Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn. The project is initiated by COSMOS Embassy ICRN, together with radio stations Tīrkultūra and IDA.
