24 HOUR DUB
Afrofuturist DJ and producer Introspekt aims to recontextualize the roots of dubstep with bass-driven experimentation. Drawing from the kinetic pulse of Baltimore club, the raw minimalism Croydon dubstep, and the Afro-Latin rhythms of Paradise Garage, she conjures up her own sense of space and time, through cycles of rhythm. Her approach to DJ sets focuses on building cathartic cycles, guiding the dancefloor with moments of tension and release, while traversing various moods, genres, and BPMs.
