Picking up inspiration from northern Ugandan rhythms, afro-futurism, techno and vogue, there is one classifier that seems to rise above any other: subversion. Never shying away from disrupting societal norms and expectations, Authentically Plastic is making way for femme, queer and experimental artists in a notoriously repressive climate in a new, astounding fashion.
