At this year’s Le Guess Who?, drummer Greg Fox (Liturgy, Ben Frost, Ex Eye) will be the festival’s whimsical X-factor. One of the artists he will court is composer and former Battles-stalwart Tyondai Braxton. Both artists are headstrong figures in conjuring sounds once deemed impossible, and have the fortitude to push their sophisticated understanding of music to another level. This alliance is musical mad science at its best.
