After meeting flamenco guitarist Yerai Cortes, director Anton Alvarez becomes infatuated with his talent and intrigued by his family’s history. Yerai is an unusual figure in the flamenco world. Respected not only by the most traditional gypsies, but also by the most avant-garde artists. Together they start a musical journey to record an album shaped by profound sorrow. This creative process makes Yerai face his past and allows him to explore a family secret through an attempt to redeem his parents. The result is a movie that takes the audience in a unique musical journey full of passion, love and forgiveness.
