Jules Reidy

Jules Reidy

Working across song cycles and electro-acoustic composition, Jules Reidy creates music that explores devotional love, transcendence, and dissolution. The composer’s sublime music maps the human experience in glittering constellations of sound, while their immersive recordings and magnetic performances offer a truly singular, forward-looking vision of guitar music. Microtonal intricacies and alternate guitar tunings, informed by transcendental folk and minimalism, color Reidy’s playful experiments with smudged pop melodics and sampling. Drawing from across their expansive body of work, Reidy’s performance unfolds as a portrait of their shapeshifting musical universe.
