The practice of vocalist, songwriter and producer Georgia Anne Muldrow is rooted in electronic and technological experimentation, as in spirituality and meditation. Her mix of avant-garde jazz, hip- hop and modern soul sensitivities quickly earned her the admiration of legendary collaborators including Erykah Badu, Flying Lotus, Yasiin Bey, Meshell Ndegeocello, Robert Glasper and Brian Jackson, among many others. During Le Guess Who? 2026, she presents The Windgrease Session: an audiovisual blues meditation that explores the conceptual electrochemical substance "Windgrease", offered as an oiling of gratitude for spaces that carries sound, omniscience, and thermal current throughout our lives and our environment on Earth. Exploring modular synthesis as basis for prayer and praise, Muldrow facilitates an interactive invitation into a meditative sound environment.
aja monet returns to Le Guess Who? after her acclaimed performance in 2024, which was considered a highlight of Arooj Aftab's curation. With her new album the color of rain, she returns both as a performer and curator. A surrealist blues poet, aja monet follows in the footsteps of a long tradition of poets dedicated to social movements for change. For Le Guess Who? 2026, she curates a program that explores themes of resistance, love and the inexhaustible quest for joy.
