… is a live electronic music platform exploring ambient and experimental sound presented by programmer, artist agent and cultural curator Perry Gits. This first edition brings together local and international artists for an immersive day of live sets and sonic exploration.
The program is preceded by a one-day residency, creating time and space for local artists to develop their practice through research, experimentation and exchange with an internationally established artist. The work emerging from this process becomes part of the live program, allowing audiences to experience sound as something evolving and in process.
The program centers Black sonic practitioners working across electronic, ambient and experimental music, creating space for different approaches to sound, research and live practice.
The live sets unfold in a circular setting, placing artists and audiences within the same space and creating a more intimate and shared listening experience. Food, drinks and a host will further shape the first edition, creating an environment that extends beyond the live sets.
