With thunderous bass, hallucinogenic textures and unrelenting energy, DJ K's productions and DJ sets blur the line between rave and riot. After discovering music production at 17 through FL Studio tutorials, he quickly emerged from São Paulo’s underground scene as a leading innovator in Brazilian funk. He is best known for pioneering bruxaria: a dark, noisy and psychedelic spin on baile funk that redefines the genre’s boundaries. His productions build these sounds into immersive, chaotic words; behind the desks, he unleashes them with the visceral, unpredictable force described by The Guardian as “explosive, cacophonous baile funk witchcraft”.
