Altin Gün

Anatolian psych folk revivalists Altın Gün are, most simply put, a power pact between members of Jacco Gardner and Jungle By Night, who wound up crossing paths with musicians Erdinç Ecevit Yildiz and Merve Dasdemir; two scholars of Turkish pop, disco, seventies rock and traditional music. The result is as explosive as it is hot. Altın Gün is as much a preservation of these vibrant sounds as a fresh musical exploration of it.
