Colombian artist Julián Mayorga reminds us how freeing it can be to not take ourselves too seriously. Upon graduating from a Masters degree in electroacoustics and algorithmic composition in Madrid, the eccentric composer decided to transform his learnings into inquisitive, hyper-active records. In his latest release, 2020’s EP ‘La fiesta de transmigración’, he continues to push through his belief that music is something to be played with, as fun and as elastic as a block of play-doh.
