James Holden & Wacław Zimpel
Drawn together through a mutual love of synthesizers, electronics, and trance-inducing music, English electronic musician James Holden and Polish clarinetist Wacław Zimpel spent four days intensely working together in London on their collaborative EP, ‘Long Weekend’, released in 2020. A conversation between two like-minded sound craftsmen, their record is the joyful cementation of two disparate but complementary musical journeys.
