Fred Warmsley was once a vital member of Joey Bada$$'s Pro Era crew under the moniker Lee Bannon. Gradually however, the Sacramento native started to veer into more amorphous sonic territories. Under the moniker of Dedekind Cut, Warmsley occupies that sweet spot between contemporary hip hop and Brian Eno’s ambient experimentations, creating a landscape of meditative ambience, jarring beat fragments, samples and contorting drones.
