In 2021, explosive New York City rap duo Armand Hammer (half ELUCID, half billy woods) released ‘Haram’, their collaboration with legendary producer The Alchemist. Two years later, the record continues unveiling, layer upon layer, new meaning to delight, intrigue, and enrapture the listener with. Even with it being the cult rappers’ most accessible project in their decades-long career, it still prompted NPR to call them as ahead of the curve. To this day, one may feel as if we haven't yet caught up to them; but we will gladly keep chasing.
