Reading Group hosted by Ksenia Kwiecińska
This month, Ksenia Kwiecińska’ll host the fourth reading group: a shared space to gather, reflect and think alongside one another.
Over the past several years, we've been actively reflecting (both internally and in dialogue with various collaborators) on how the relationships between (cultural) institutions and grassroots organizations, collectives and communities can be more thoughtfully nurtured. We recognize that these relationships require careful and sustained attention. With that in mind, we’re started this monthly reading group.
On Wednesday, 29 October, at 5:30 PM, Ksenia Kwiecińska will host the reading group in our office. For this session, we’ll read ‘A Philosophy of Wonder' by Howard L. Parsons, 'No One Belongs Here More Than You' by Miranda July and 'Voir la Mer' by Sophie Calle. When joining this reading group, we would like to ask you to look through your phone in search of photographs you might have taken in a moment of wonder — the odd, the out of place, the new, the breathtaking, the beautiful.
We warmly invite our extended network: artists and creators, venue partners, current and former community curators, independent curators we’ve worked with, as well as anyone curious to join.
