London band The Chisel’s new EP, ‘Come See Me / Not The Only One’ embodies a variety of British punk traditions, brought on by each member’s distinct origin story; Blackpool, Croydon, Acton, Chingford, and Guildford all enter the equation of the group’s ancestry. Their heterogeneous background contributes to what Stereogum called a ‘huge, stompy, singalong-heavy form of punk rock'. Featuring Chubby from Chubby & The Gang on guitar and Johan Falco of Fucked Up behind recording, their latest release certainly garnered them their punk credentials.
