Veteran Japanese producer Shigeru Ishihara (aka DJ Scotch Egg) is no stranger to collaboration. Nearly two decades after he began experimenting with genre-busting ear bleeders, he arrives in Hakuna Kulala for a crucial new project; Scotch Rolex. With the help of MC Yallah, DUMA's Lord Spikeheart, Swordman Kitala, Chrisman and Don Zilla, he has created a record, ‘Tewari’, which celebrates the fluidity and versatility of electronic music, managing eclecticism without ever sacrificing coherence.
