Radical Spectrality: Laura Grace Ford
Music as Spectral Infrastructure
Radical Spectrality is a session that features a new sound work by Laura Grace Ford, articulating what Grace Ford calls “social forms of “radical spectrality,” which haunts and resists the spatial apparatuses of urban gentrification and policing. Following this, Grace Ford performs, together with Paul Purgas and Xin, sets of electronic music that channel this feeling of radical spectrality.
