For a decade and a half, Mary Ocher has been weaving thought-provoking and often challenging art concerning authority, identity, and conflict. The artist's musical output encompasses everything from traditional folk to raw sixties garage to experimental pop incorporating African and South African rhythms. She has also recently ventured into the comic book world with ‘MOOP!’. Ocher's 2017 album 'The West Against The People' and its companion piece 'Faust Studio Sessions and Other Recordings' have led her to present her uncompromising work across dozens of international stages.
