Mark IJzerman & Sébastien Robert present As Above, So Below

Dutch media artist Mark IJzerman and French sound designer Sébastien Robert team up to present ‘As Above, So Below’, an exploration of the changing landscape of La Araucanía region in south-central Chile, probing into the dualism of man’s relationship with nature. Robert’s sonic research and microscopic and drone footage captured by IJzerman make up this performance, which focuses specifically on how the logging industry has been causing disruption to the region’s ecosystem.
