‘Pedestrians Of Bright Silence’ sees Weak Moves frontman Jesper Vervoort transform into a one-man orchestra, equipped with a sampler, guitar pedals, and a soft falsetto. Dusty yet razor-sharp, the multi-instrumentalist’s latest project, released earlier this year via 10K, meanders through the murky waters of hypnagogic pop, experimental rock, and neo-psychedelia, but it transcends any genre. It more so paints a picture; one of rain-drenched Amsterdam - melancholic, pensive, disarranged yet snug.
