Holy Scum
GNOD presents
Holy Scum is the feedback-drenched, bludgeoning improvised rock collaboration between Peter J Taylor (formerly of Action Beat), GNOD's Chris Haslam and John Perry (also of Suck). The final piece to their maddening puzzle is brought on by one half of hip-hop duo Dälek's Mike Mare (also known as Mike Manteca), who handles production duties. He also provides the group with the guttural vocals heard atop their apocalyptic debut 'Strange Desires', released this June. Their band name is much like their music - it cannot help but be snarled, said, spat out loudly and ferociously.
