De Dansers & U
De Dansers & U is an immersive dance concert for everybody, guided by choreographer Josephine van Rheenen of Utrecht-based dance company De Dansers and accompanied live by musicians from performances like Hush, Hold Your Horses and Shake Shake Shake. Together, they create a warm and playful environment where everyone is welcome to move. You’ll be led through a series of improvisational movement exercises on improvised music and songs, inspired by the way De Dansers themselves rehearse and create: intuitive, spontaneous and deeply connected to live music.
This is an invitation to let go of expectations, connect with your physicality and your imagination, and experience dance from the inside out. Whether you move a little or a lot, whether you're shy or bold, your presence is part of the magic.
