De Nijverheid is a cultural venue in the Cartesius area in Utrecht. An industrial place with studios, communal workplaces, exhibition space, performing arts and a café with terrace on the quay. 

De Nijverheid is located near festival locations as dB's and WAS. Note that you can also very easily take a train from Utrecht Central Station that stops at Utrecht Zuilen, which is on a 10-minute walking distance from De Nijverheid.
