VULVA and Acidic Male may both hail from the Rotterdam, but they are very different; whereas duo VULVA trade sludge and garage punk amongst themselves, interdisciplinary artist Acidic Male operates solo, intertwining diaristic poetry with themes of self-image, transformation, sexuality, and shame. Following a summer debut in hometown’s WORM, VULVA x Acidic Male is coming to Le Guess Who?. This exciting and powerful collaboration fuses Acidic Male's confessional electronic landscapes with VULVA’s raw expression of doom. A new creature is born on the stage, its effect reverberating far past the venue’s doors.
