Seefeel performing 'Quique'
British collective Seefeel straddled that chasm between experimental rock and ambient techno long before artists like Radiohead and Broadcast – and even later, Dirty Beaches and Caribou – made it the norm. The group’s vital 1993 debut album ‘Quique’ incited indie rock fans to listen to electronic music and ravers to pick up the guitar. This record hasn’t aged a lick within today’s cross-bred playing field, further authenticating Seefeel’s vital place within the canon of modern alternative pop.
