De Kromme Haring
At De Kromme Haring, founders Gijs and Stephen are passionate about crafting surprising, well-made, and delicious beers that are as enjoyable to create, as they are to drink.
Beginning humbly, with brewing beer on a contract basis for local bars, the harings soon realized that to realize their dreams, they needed a proper home. A place with shiny tanks for brewing quality beer and a cozy pub where friends could gather to enjoy the beer together. This dream materialized in September 2016 with the opening of their brewpub at the Europalaan. In the following years Brewpub De Kromme Haring has blossomed into a must-do stop in the Utrecht beer scene, boasting delicious beers, a lively terrace, mouthwatering pizzas, and diverse cultural events.
For many years, De Kromme Haring produces LGW's festival beer.
This year, De Kromme Haring are offering a discounted price (€10 instead of €17.50) for their brewery tour for LGW festival goers on Saturday, 8 November, from 16:00 - 17:00.
